The Multiple Births Foundation has produced the first written guidance for the care of families with multiple births, 'Guidelines for Professionals: Multiple Births and their Impact on Families'.
Written by Dr Elizabeth Bryan MD FRCP FRCPCH, Jane Denton RGN RM and Faith Hallett they are aimed at the wide spectrum of healthcare, teaching and social work professionals as well as students and journalists including nursery nurses, paediatricians, infertility teams, obstetricians, neonatologists, midwives, neonatal nurses, ultrasonographers, family doctors, health visitors, social workers, psychotherapists, psychologists, counsellors, and teachers.
